受験当日の心得

  1. 連日の勉強で慢性的な睡眠不足になっているはずなので、前の晩は早く寝て万全のコンディションで臨もう。朝食はきちんと食べること。やるべきことは全部やったという自信を持って出かけよう。
  2. 受験日はとても寒い季節であり、集合時間より早く到着すると、試験会場に入るまでかなり時間がある。待っている間に、緊張とおなかが冷えて下痢を起こすケースが少なくない。当日は特におなかが冷えないように注意しよう。
  3. 試験会場に入って席についたら、リラックスするように心がけよう。大きく深呼吸をして、それでも落ち着かないなら、周りの受験生を見回してみよう。冷静に周囲を観察する自分を意識することにより、だんだん気持ちが落ち着いてくる。
  4. 問題用紙と解答用紙が配られたら、受験番号はいちばんはじめに書くこと。それからざっと目を通して手ごたえをつかみ、あるていど時間配分を決めておくとよい。わからない問題があってもそればかりに時間を取られないように。決して100点満点を取る必要はないのだから。
  5. 試験監督の先生が話し出したら、すぐに手を止めて、聞きのがさないように。
  6. 最初の科目がうまくできなくても、次の科目に向けてすぐ気持ちを切り替えること。繰り返すが、決して100点満点を取る必要はないのだから。
  7. 何かトラブルがあったら、遠慮せずに試験監督の先生に申し出ること。試験監督の先生は敵ではない、君たちの味方だ。

  10. 鉛筆やシャープペンシルや消しゴム、ものさしは、いつも使い慣れているものを持って行くこと。予備も忘れずに。
