●人間が自分の力をほぼ100％出せるのはどういう場合か。それは「慣れていてリラックス」している時だ。

●受験にとって重要なことは、日常生活を大切にすることです。
●受験の世界には普遍の真理がある。それは「夏を制した者」が受験を制す！

●受験勉強というのはな、志望校との距離を縮める行為のことだ。どうしたらその距離を最短で行けるか、自分の現在の立ち位置から計算して、最速かつ確実に行ける戦略を練るんだ。

●お前の人生はお前で決めろ。お前はこれまで自分で選んできたんだ。
●勉強とは「合理性と効率」、つまり、脳と身体のメカニズムを相乗した科学的なトレーニングだ。
●他人に干渉されない「自分だけの世界」をしっかりと持つ。こういうタイプは何事においても強い。
●頂点に立つ人間は総じて「人格的にも立派だ」。謙虚であり思いやりや優しさをしっかり持っている。厳しい練習を積むことによって、精神的に鍛えられ、人格者としての資質も身につくからだ。さらに、もう一つ一流になる人が実につけているものがある。それは「集中力」だ。
●大切なのは、結果を早く求めず、ちょっとした変化を「連続」させること。
●目標がすでに実現しているかのように行動することで、目標を真に達成できるのだ。
●人生には、正解はたくさんある。大学に進むのも正解。行かないのも正解。スポーツに夢中になるのも、音楽に夢中になるのも、友達ととことん遊びつくすのも。そして、誰かのためにあえて遠回りするのも、全部正解だ。
●人間はハッキリとした「ゴール」が見えれば、準備をし、達成へと着実に進む。逆に目標を持たなければ、漂流し、やがて無気力になっていくんだ。
●「自信喪失」。テストはもちろん、勝負事ではこれが「最大の敵」。
